📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the Ruby on Rails application, working from
• Own broker and trading-platform integrations, including the import processes that bring users’
• Develop AI-powered features that help traders analyze and better understand their trading activity.
• Create and maintain evaluation processes to verify the quality, accuracy, and reliability of
• Take responsibility for the full development lifecycle, including reviewing code, testing changes
• Share production operations with another senior engineer, including releases, monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience building and maintaining production applications with
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to take ownership of software features from concept and implementation through
• Experience operating production applications, including troubleshooting issues, deploying changes
• Daily experience using AI coding tools, with the ability to review, validate, test, and explain
• Experience building applications or features that use AI models.
