• Monitor Getting Attention's social media channels and identify opportunities to better engage with
• Participate in nonprofit-focused communities (Reddit, LinkedIn groups, forums) by offering helpful
• Build and nurture Getting Attention's owned communities to become a go-to resource for nonprofit
• Create a strong user engagement strategy.
• Host regular Zoom sessions, workshops, and Q&As to help nonprofit staff, leadership, and boards
• Gather client feedback through community interactions and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in community management, client engagement, or social media
• Proven ability to build and execute engagement strategies independently.
• Impeccable written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for virtual events.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hubspot or native schedulers).
• Strong Zoom hosting skills (breakout rooms, live Q&A moderation).
