Experiential Marketing Associate

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end event execution across Coinbase's experiential marketing calendar
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Communications
• Build and maintain event project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents
• Support creative development for event experiences
• Track event budgets, manage vendor invoices, and reconcile expenses
• Measure event performance by compiling post-event reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with vendor and venue management
• Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Splash, Eventbrite, Cvent)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
• Track record of compiling post-event reporting with measurable outcomes
