  • Source and prioritize events; maintain a rolling 12-month calendar.
  • Negotiate with organizers, vendors, and venues to optimize sponsorships.
  • Plan end-to-end event logistics: booth design, swag, lead capture, AV, travel.
  • Be on-site contact: setup/teardown, troubleshoot, maintain a sharp presence.
  • Prepare the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics.
  • Drive pipeline with sales: book pre-show meetings and ensure timely follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–4 years in event/field marketing or event coordination, ideally B2B or tech.
  • A track record of end-to-end event organization, even at smaller scale.
  • Experience managing an events budget: forecast, track spend, and ROI trade-offs.
  • Able to define KPIs and build reports connecting activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Genuinely into AI with examples of AI used to automate or improve events marketing.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
