Experimentation Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the experimentation team and core capabilities.
• Develop and execute annual experimentation strategy with government partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize technology experiments from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with government and subcontractors for seamless planning and execution.
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize experimentation events.
• Represent CSC2 at events, delivering demonstrations and briefings to senior officials.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance (or higher)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of DoD experience supporting software/hardware use in exercises or deployments
• Working knowledge of military operational tactics, procedures, and command structures
• 3–5 years of military exercise and/or deployment experience
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs for operational events and processes
