Experimentation & Tracking Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead merchant experimentation from opportunity to readout
• Design and implement A/B tests and track events
• Own web tracking and measurement quality across markets
• Build and optimize almapay.com pages and content
• Run CRO programmes and maintain web performance
• Scale experimentation practice and share standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in experimentation, web analytics or CRO
• Hands-on experience with GTM and GA4
• Self-sufficient in JavaScript and HTML/CSS
• Understanding of test validity and sample size
• Comfortable with clients and stakeholders in French and English
• Bonus: e-commerce/payments background, SQL, experimentation platforms
