📋 Description

• Support the Tech & Durables (T&D) Business within NielsenIQ’s production environment.
• Manage retailer/vendor data acquisition, validation, and issue resolution.
• Drive resolution of technical and process issues and ensure adoption of new tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Provide timely project updates and address client queries.
• Document, monitor, and improve processes, controls, and exception management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with NielsenIQ systems, operational processes, and data management.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate and simplify technical concepts.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or
