📋 Description

• Own end-to-end expert engagement lifecycle from sourcing to retention.
• Serve as primary contact for experts across all participation stages.
• Lead onboarding by introducing the program, gathering information, setting expectations, and delivering training.
• Build trusted long-term relationships that encourage active participation.
• Respond to expert inquiries and resolve platform issues promptly.
• Coordinate communication between experts and interviewers for productive sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing stakeholder, client, or community relationships in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, engagement, operations, or customer success activities.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience tracking progress and engagement metrics; identifying opportunities for improvement.
