Execute high-quality Reference Data operations across EU markets
Support testing and implementation of AI-enabled validation and workflow solutions
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Strengthen preventive quality controls through data analysis and AI-supported validations
Maintain communication with Client Ops teams and stakeholders
Support standardization and continuous improvement across workflows

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in Operations, Quality Management, or Data Operations
Experience with process improvements and automation
Strong interest in AI, analytics, and automation
Ability to validate AI-generated recommendations
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
