• Expert knowledge in books, especially literary/antiquarian.
• Broad understanding of publications; generalist knowledge helps.
• Experience trading on Catawiki, eBay, 1stDibs, and book fairs.
• Strong analytical skills; interpret auction data and trends.
• Commercial awareness: pricing, sell-through, cash flow.
• Excellent communication and professional approach.
• Strong research skills and a network in books/collectibles.
