📋 Description

• Analyze client-provided instructions, contracts, and specifications to create actionable workflows.
• Maintain a centralized repository of client guidelines and update it regularly.
• Translate client requirements into operational SOPs and ensure adherence across teams.
• Conduct audits and validations to confirm compliance with client expectations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for client instructions during onboarding, reviews, and
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, GSO, HUB, Compliance & Tech) to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills will be an added
• 7+ years of experience in operations.
• Prior exposure to global client instructions and multi-country operations is a plus.
• E2E knowledge of RD (OGRDS platform)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
