📋 Description

• Identify gaps in the process and propose process enhancements
• Categorize products based on retailer information received from various market sources
• Manage and maintain reference data across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with established
• Create and deliver high-quality client data accurately and within agreed timelines
• Drive process improvement and simplification initiatives that enhance efficiency and generate
• Conduct effective internet-based research to analyze, verify, and validate product-related

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills will be an added
• 7+ years of experience in Reference Data, operations, or compliance roles
• Prior exposure to global RD projects and multi-country operations is a plus
• E2E knowledge of RD (OGRDS, Char Pop & Val, Item coding, X coding, SI & CI creation)
• Exposure to quality frameworks, SLA/KPI tracking, and process audits
