Expert Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ apps (C++11/14/17/20+)
• Own critical components for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Design memory management and concurrent/multithreaded architecture
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team
• Define and maintain CMake-based, multi-platform build configurations
• Design CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based container workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Mainframe skills: COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSM
• Expert memory management: RAII and smart pointers
• Experience diagnosing memory leaks and dangling pointers
• Proficient with lock-free and wait-free patterns; race conditions
• Expert in CMake for cross-platform builds
• Docker proficiency for containerized environments
