📋 Description

• Provide 24x7 production support for mainframe apps per SLAs.
• AMS Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and failures.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolution.
• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe apps (COBOL batch/online).
• Lead DevOps on Z initiatives; support CI/CD, automated testing, deployments.
• Manage source with GitHub/Endevor; enforce quality gates.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced COBOL programming (IBM Enterprise COBOL V4–V6) in batch/online.
• CICS transaction processing: design, development, debugging, tuning.
• JCL authoring and optimization; batch scheduling concepts.
• DB2 SQL development and application DBA tasks; query optimization.
• IMS DB/DC development and support.
• VSAM file design and performance tuning.
