Expert - Transformation Process Lead

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, controls, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across RMS operations.
• Support audit, quality, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Act as SME for RMS applications including GRFE, SIRVAL, and MADRAS.
• Maintain end-to-end process ownership, data quality oversight, and operational readiness.
• Identify process gaps and drive sustainable improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications in Project Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Change
• 5+ years of experience in process ownership, operations, business analysis, governance
• Strong understanding of RMS processes and platforms, preferably GRFE, SIRVAL, MADRAS, and related
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and test cases.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills, including data reconciliation and verification.
