📋 Description

Render-safe procedures and disposal of unexploded ordnance and energetic materials at ATP sites
Serve as safety authority during testing and production of energetic materials, with authority to halt unsafe ops
Manage the explosives magazine/bunker: storage, segregation, and handling per ATF and DoD
Maintain inventory records and reconcile with physical inventory; conduct magazine inspections and logs
Develop and enforce SOPs for handling, transport, and storage of energetics on site
Review test plans with engineers to identify hazards and ensure exclusion zones and PPE
