Extended Workforce Program Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Head of Extended Workforce to set direction and own execution.
• Collaborate with Extended Workforce Ops and Global Compliance for scalable ops.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce solutions, balancing experience, cost, and risk.
• Translate needs into improved workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Identify, test, and apply AI, automation, and analytics to reduce manual work.
• Build durable processes and reusable frameworks to prevent recurring issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 7+ years in extended/contingent workforce, procurement ops, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience building and running an extended workforce program in a complex org.
• Experience scaling processes with VNDLY or similar Vendor Management System.
• Strong operator who solves problems directly and builds practical solutions.
• Use operational data and workforce metrics to prioritize work and improve performance.
• Knowledge of legal, compliance, and operational considerations (classification, co-employment, data protection).
