Extraction Technician

📋 Description

• Operate extraction and refinement equipment, including solventless systems, short path
• Prepare biomass (grinding, packing dry and fresh/frozen material) and extraction processes with
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize extraction and lab equipment to ensure consistent performance
• Follow SOPs and GMPs while accurately documenting batch records and production data for compliance
• Safely handle hazardous materials (compressed gases, and solvents) using proper PPE and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment, including sterilization of glassware

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and execute technical processes with
• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or lab environment, with a solid understanding of
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules
• Comfortable using computer systems for data entry, material tracking, and documentation
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-driven environment
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to learning new equipment and processes
