🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in fabric cutting, machining, or garment fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of pattern-making software, flat pattern making, and drafting.
• Familiarity with leather, textiles, and specialty fabrics for apparel production.
• Ability to operate fabric cutting machines, sewing machines, and cutting tools safely.
• Excellent attention to detail with precise measurement and pattern alignment.
• Basic math skills for measurements, pattern grading, and quality assessments.
