Fabrication Process Engineer II

📋 Description

• Guide projects by applying engineering principles for decisions.
• Demonstrate independent judgment to adapt methods for non-routine assignments.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, assign tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Perform safety process walks, implement countermeasures, ensure zero accidents.
• Define and document direct labor requirements and cycle times monthly.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve process target efficiencies and maintain standard work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering.
• At least 1 year in the manufacturing industry.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Participated in a Continuous Improvement event.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
