Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers
Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
Track workshop attendance
Create monthly workshop calendar
Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
Experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
