Facilities and Waste Water Systems Technician

📋 Description

• Perform general building maintenance and repair activities throughout the facility.
• Respond to plumbing, lighting, ceiling tile, signage, and door hardware repairs.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, shelving systems, and workplace equipment.
• Support employee relocations and workspace reconfigurations.
• Assist with facility renovations, remodels, and construction projects.
• Coordinate and monitor outside vendors and contractors.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of facilities, maintenance, wastewater, or related industrial experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Solid knowledge of facility maintenance and repair practices, including carpentry, plumbing
• Solid knowledge of Industrial Wastewater Treatment System (IWTS) operations and safe operating
