📋 Description

• Inspects building structures to determine repair and renovation needs.
• Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate facility related vendors.
• Manages the upkeep of equipment and facility related supplies to meet health and safety
• Participate in continuing education classes and any required staff and training meetings.
• Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
• Proficiency with repair tools and techniques

• Lift, carry, push, or pull supplies, equipment, or materials typically up to 25–50 pounds, with
