• Join Sutherland as Facilities & Property Management Sr. Associate
• Support facilities goals with the Property Management Group
• Oversee operational facilities, inventory, and assets
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and after-hours emergencies
• Provide facilities services to improve employee experience
• Assist project renovations and budget-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Basic civil and structural building knowledge
• Knowledge of generator sets and UPS operation
• Vendor PM evaluation and action planning ability
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and professionalism
