Facilities Controls & Automation Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Design, program, and maintain BAS/BMS using Honeywell and Delta Controls.
• Configure and optimize graphics, alarms, trends, schedules, and point databases in BAS/BMS.
• Develop and modify control sequences of operation for HVAC and infrastructure to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Install, integrate, and maintain IO-Link sensors and devices for telemetry and monitoring.
• Commission and startup support for new infrastructure, including FAT, TAB, and handover.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on utility equipment and related control systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 1+ years of design and commissioning of automation and controls for industrial applications.
• 3+ years preferred in automation design/commissioning.
• Hands-on BAS/BMS experience with Honeywell Niagara Framework and Delta Controls.
• Proficiency in developing/modifying control sequences for HVAC and facility utilities.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, OPC UA, and Ethernet/IP.
