Facilities Coordinator

📋 Description

• Owns facilities operations across multiple PACE sites, providing hands-on oversight of building
• Plays a direct role in keeping our PACE centers safe, operational, and ready to serve participants
• Assist the Facilities Manager with tactical planning for the department’s annual goals, objectives
• Support critical requests or tasks from local market leadership
• Provide administrative support for schedule management and budget trackers (e.g., Excel
• Ensure appropriate follow-up with end users, onsite leadership, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel within service areas (local travel, driving distance, reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalency; professional experience may be substituted; trade school
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities management and maintenance of Class A, B, or
• Minimum of two (2) years of front-line facilities maintenance experience, including familiarity
• Apprenticeship level understanding of most trades (MEP) preferred; specialty in one would
• Any formal administrative, property management, or project management certifications a plus
