Facilities Coordinator

📋 Description

• Act as primary point of contact for building shell and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
• Assist with setup and coordination of Emergency Management Professional Program (EMPP) processes
• Execute required preventative maintenance programs
• Track and schedule Fire, Life, and Safety (FLS) recurring inspections and schedule follow-up repairs
• Maintain annual budget per site and track expected and unexpected expenses
• Serve as primary subject matter expert for sites' equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel within service areas (local travel, driving distance, reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalency; professional experience may be substituted; trade school
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facilities management and maintenance of Class A, B, or
• Healthcare facilities experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of front-line facilities maintenance experience
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance scheduling and execution, technical manuals, low voltage
