Facilities Coordinator

📋 Description

• Input all new sites into the CMMS (Fexa) as sites are opened; periodically audit the system for
• Review Lease Agreements for new sites; extract information pertaining to Landlord repair
• Communicate with Landlords to obtain site specific information as needed
• Assist team with handling waste removal issues that arise; increase frequency of pickups as
• Receive, manage and track repair and purchase requests from existing Gopuff warehouse field teams
• Obtain competitive bids and hire contractors/vendors to complete necessary repairs

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel 2–5 days per month (including overnight travel via plane/car) to
• Basic knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration preferred
• Experience with commercial leases preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience managing consultants and 3rd party property management vendors
• Handle emergency situations quickly to minimize business changes in the field

• This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity
• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
