Facilities Coordinator/Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate facility space allocation, collocation, usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and
• Maintain accredited SCIF and SAPF environments for government and contractor personnel
• Coordinate facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, and security reviews for TS/SCI
• Support acquisition management activities for secure facility operations and compliance
• Manage SCIF/SAPF construction, design, renovation, and retrofitting projects per ICD 705
• Coordinate daily maintenance, space allocation, FUB activities, and HTSAs

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, security, engineering, or related
• Minimum 15 years of relevant government/industry experience; 6 years with DoD
• Experience with SCIF/SAPF accreditation, co-use approvals, and ICD 705 projects
• Experience with acquisition management, HTSAs, and facility modernization
• Experience with high-availability networks, IT systems, and secure communications
