Own design/implementation of facility infra (HVAC, electrical, utilities)
Lead capital improvement projects from concept through commissioning, incl. budgeting and scheduling
Partner with Manufacturing, Environmental Test, and other teams to scale the factory
Develop and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance strategies using CMMS
Create and maintain engineering documentation: layouts, SOPs, specs, as-builts
Own the factory-wide master layout and manage outside contractors/vendors

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Eng, Physics, or equivalent
3+ years as a Facilities Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Experience upgrading HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems
Strong organizational and structured project management skills
Must be onsite 5 days a week
