Facilities Engineer (Entry Level)

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations including leasehold improvements, equipment upkeep, and
• Ensure functionality and readiness of all office equipment and physical workspace
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise contractors for general repairs, pest control, and scheduled maintenance activities
• Oversee workspace readiness including seat assignments, relocations, and partition installations in
• Monitor utilities consumption (electricity and water) and maintain accurate tracking reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• Knowledgeable in civil and structural building construction
• Proficient in designing and computing Electrical and Mechanical plans
• Hands-on knowledge in operation and maintenance of generator sets, UPS systems, and critical
• Capable of evaluating vendor preventive maintenance reports
