Facilities Engineer II

📋 Description

• Manage facilities improvement projects that support engineering testing requirements and improve
• Manage repair and maintenance activities in support of preventive maintenance programs for building
• Use the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor HVAC performance, adjust conditions, identify
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and documentation within the Computerized Maintenance Management
• Partner with Facilities Management to track project costs, invoicing, and project closeout
• Use formal and informal service request systems to track facilities service requests through

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in facilities engineering, facilities management, maintenance operations
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on troubleshooting and/or repair experience with building systems preferred
• Experience supporting facilities in critical environments (e.g., wet lab, R&D, hospital
• Experience with building automation systems (Automated Logic WebCTRL/BACnet preferred) or
• Experience with access control systems (Genetec preferred) or willingness to learn
