Lead the MEP engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Develop and issue drawings, docs, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects.
Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors.
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time.
Coordinate with electric utilities to ensure reliable site power.
Based in McGregor, TX; travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
2+ years designing/building MEP systems.
Electrical power distribution design (<600Vac).
HVAC design: refrigeration, chillers, boilers, AHU.
Plumbing design: domestic water, wastewater, venting, storm.
Delta/wye transformers, lighting, construction specs, grounding.
UPS, backup generators, and ATS for critical power.
NEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IBC familiarity.
