Analyze site-services contracts (custodial, landscaping, transportation, waste, and similar) for
Own the site plan for infrastructure consumables and critical spares to protect equipment
Own site-level utility forecasting and help structure contract terms that keep up with rapid
Standardize and integrate the site-wide Building Management System (BMS) and Supervisory Control
Lead departmental continuous-improvement work, including new process rollouts and standardization

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or construction (internship experience
