Facilities Lead

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Albedo's offices, production
• Lead facility improvement projects and support major expansions, coordinating planning, permitting
• Partner with production and engineering teams to translate operational needs into facility
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on
• Maintain critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, cleanrooms
• Develop preventive maintenance programs, facility documentation, and processes to improve

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in facilities management, facilities engineering, construction management
• Demonstrated experience managing facility projects, renovations, or buildouts, including
• Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems, including HVAC, electrical
• Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or other specialized technical
• Familiarity with building codes, OSHA requirements, fire/life safety systems, and workplace safety
• Ability to independently scope, prioritize, and execute projects while coordinating effectively
