Facilities Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Support safe, reliable facility operations and service facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Use CMMS MaintainX to manage work requests and record maintenance.
• Monitor factory controls with BAS; diagnose and fix faults.
• Ensure PLC/HMI/process control equipment functions; troubleshoot.
• Read electrical/mechanical schematics to diagnose issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical/Controls/Automation/HVAC or related.
• CMMS/SCADA experience; PLC and HMI controls.
• Journeyman/master electrician with 5+ yrs; NFPA 70E a plus.
• HVAC technician certification with 5+ years.
• Licensed Water Operator (WV or equivalent); Class 1+ with 5+ yrs.
• 5+ years in manufacturing facilities maintenance.
