📋 Description

• Manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, while improving environmental
• Oversee building operations across four commercial assets in Leichhardt, Balmain and Darlinghurst.
• Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards across the portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day operations and presentation of properties, including security, maintenance and

• Proven experience in a Facilities or Building Management role in a commercial environment.
• Strong client and customer focus, willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
