Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Lead East Coast facilities ops across Scottsdale, Atlanta, and Sterling.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor performance to ensure safe, reliable spaces.
• Manage maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other critical systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align on priorities and provide support.
• Balance day-to-day needs with long-term planning and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities ops or related environments across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and compliance.
• Customer-focused with ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Proven vendor management and project coordination experience.
• Experience with CMMS or facilities management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CFM a plus.
