Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Lead daily facilities operations across Seattle, Tukwila, and Herndon
• Oversee clean rooms, labs, and MOC protocols with vendors
• Manage preventive maintenance and capital projects
• Ensure safety, EH&S, contamination control, and compliance
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and People Ops on workspace readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Facilities Mgmt, or related field (or equivalent)
• 7+ years in facilities/office management in technical environments
• Experience supervising multi-site facilities
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management
• Knowledge of building systems, EH&S, contamination control, compliance
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
