Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness of the Atlanta facility.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the onsite Operating Engineer; coordinate contractors/vendors.
• Develop preventive maintenance for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Serve as primary facilities partner to key teams (Production, Engineering, Test, OSRC, Security, IT, Workplace Ops).
• Lead site-level space planning: capacity, layout, equipment placement, utilization.
• Lead site facilities projects from intake to closeout: scope, scheduling, execution, documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in facilities management, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or other complex manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, controls.
• Experience leading facilities ops, maintenance programs, contractors, and space planning in industrial settings.
• Experience using a CMMS or similar platform to manage assets, PMs, and work orders.
