Manage, coordinate, and provide liaison support for construction projects and maintenance
Interact with tradesman, contractors, and building officials to coordinate and execute maintenance
Direct system repairs of HVAC equipment, electrical systems, fire protection, water and plumbing
Direct construction projects performed at the facility to ensure that the work is safely completed
Assist engineering team with budgetary trades, drawings, and design to ensure projects meet design
Keep accurate records of daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
5+ years of professional experience working with HVAC, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical systems
