Facilities Operations Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Develop internal standards for work boards, JIRA queues, and Power BI dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement projects like new process rollouts and standardization.
• Define and develop department metrics and dashboards to quantify health and influence change.
• Conduct analyses via SQL and data methods to identify trends for decisions.
• Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational improvements.
• Develop automation to mitigate business risk and create efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 2+ years in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or facilities management (internship qualifies).
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Data analysis, visualization, and cost-benefit analysis.
• CAD software, Power BI, and JIRA experience.
• Experience with Lean principles and structured problem-solving.
