Facilities & Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead FM strategy and asset management across the sales market
• Plan and prioritize maintenance based on risk and business impact
• Ensure long-term asset performance and store availability
• Manage project handover from Construction into operation
• Oversee maintenance/service delivery to minimize disruption
• Drive supplier governance, cost optimization, and FM budgeting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in facility management
• Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management experience
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced English communication
