Facilities Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned capital projects, including programming, scope
• Support capital projects across Roblox headquarters and remote offices, including international
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, success metrics, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, furniture
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation of decisions, responsibilities, risks
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, change orders, and deliverables to ensure projects

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience managing corporate capital projects, workplace construction, office
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the complete lifecycle, from initial planning and
• Strong knowledge of project scope, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contract
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, design, and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, landlords, vendors, and
• Strong cross-functional relationship building, collaborative problem-solving, teamwork, KPI
