Facilities Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee facility services; coordinate vendors for key systems and groundskeeping.
• Lead maintenance with internal teams and vendors; emphasize safety and cost.
• Supervise two maintenance technicians; assign work and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as PM completion, response times, vendor performance.
• Manage Roommate scheduling; prepare weekly setup sheets; train users.
• Coordinate meeting/event setup; manage catering, inventory, and supplies.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in facilities or general business.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or large-site facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices, responsibility, authority, accountability.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay composed under pressure; Word and Excel.
