Maintain and repair facilities infrastructure (HVAC, ammonia, boilers).
Troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration, wastewater, CO2 and nitrogen systems.
Support production and utility equipment to meet quality and schedule.
Perform preventive maintenance on boilers, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Participate in rotating on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
Lead tasks and assist management with plant security and key control.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in industrial maintenance, utilities, or facilities.
Experience with industrial electrical systems (480VAC–24VDC).
Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals.
Experience using a CMMS (SAP, RedZone, or similar).
Ability to work in extreme environments (cold storage, boiler rooms).
