Facilities Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
• Troubleshoot facility issues to keep operations efficient.
• Address emergency repairs promptly with safety in mind.
• Follow safety and regulatory standards for maintenance tasks.
• Oversee facility equipment and inventory for daily ops.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems experience needed.
• EP A Universal, HVAC certs or electrical licenses preferred.
• Read blueprints/diagrams; use PM software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
