Facilities Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain campus buildings and grounds.
• Manage building systems: burglar/fire alarms, elevators, HVAC, irrigation.
• Basic painting, pest control, lawn care, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Execute work orders with quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate work orders and campus events with staff.
• On-call response during and after operating hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of facilities or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building systems maintenance and repair.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing expertise preferred.
• Verbal and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Outlook or facilities software.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.
