Perform routine maintenance; troubleshoot plumbing, compressed air, and carpentry.
Maintain sitewide facilities: painting, patching walls, tiles, and carpet.
Inspect/repair interior/exterior areas: walls, floors, fixtures.
Manage campus-wide operations and maintenance programs.
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.
Open, track, and resolve work tickets; adhere to safety guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years facilities maintenance experience
Construction and tenant improvements experience
Plumbing systems, backflows, lift stations, pumps
Concrete forming and pouring experience
Reading instructions and blueprints
Project management software; MS Excel and Word
MS Outlook/Teams; strong written and verbal communication
