Facilities Technician (on site MORENO)

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company's building and fix minor defects
• Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working on plant and facility technical systems
• Monitor and maintain lighting in all assigned facilities as needed
• Perform minor plumbing repairs as necessary
• Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required
• Perform basic cosmetic repairs, such as plastering and painting works

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary (higher, special etc.) education
• Computer literate and knowledge in MS office software
• At least 2 years' experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting
• High sense of responsibility
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
